Ernest Jones is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the UK to join our luxury jewellery and watch retail team. You will support the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a customer-first team and ensure adherence to company policies while modelling exceptional service and leadership.
You will run the store in the Store Manager’s absence, plan priorities, and organise activities to maximise performance. Training and development through our Signet Jewellery Academy are also provided.
