Meta Growth Lead — Full-Funnel & Creative Ads

Crypto Banter’s HIGHER! division seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to own Meta Ads performance, crafting end-to-end funnels from cold traffic to challenge sign-ups. You will lead campaigns, landing pages and email sequences, aiming for strong ROAS and measurable growth.

The role requires analytical, data-driven decision-making and collaboration with design and tech for high-converting creatives. Prior crypto/trading audience experience is a plus.
