Residential Support Worker — Homelessness & Recovery

You Matter is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide empathetic and unconditional support to residents experiencing homelessness and addiction. You will join a team led by the Director of Homeless Services to deliver high-quality service delivery and operational planning.

This role requires care, resilience, and a strong commitment to bring about positive change in residents’ lives, working within a 24-hour residential setting while upholding SHREK values.
