• Manage a varied residential property caseload including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, equity release, new builds, and land purchases
• Assist in managing a team of conveyancing support staff
• Deliver high-quality conveyancing work with attention to detail in a professional and client-focused manner
