Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of complex commercial property matters
• Manage own caseload and work with partners on high-value transactions
• Handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, development and investment work
• Engage with a sophisticated client base and cross-border matters
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-performing team
• Exposure to large-scale, international instructions

Key requirements

• 6+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Strong experience across real estate matters
• Ideally some corporate advisory exposure
• Comfortable managing complex transactions and client relationships independently
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
