Residential Property Solicitor / Lawyer – Salisbury

Overview

In this role you will support a busy Residential Property team within a growing regional law firm, handling a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion. You will build and maintain relationships with introducers and clients while pursuing new opportunities to expand the firm’s client base. The position combines technical conveyancing work with business development in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities

• Manage full residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, shared ownership)
• Develop and maintain relationships with introducers such as estate agents, brokers and developers
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the firm’s client base
• Balance a busy caseload with high service standards
• Contribute to team growth and strategic direction

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ PQE
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong technical experience across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters
• Proven ability to manage files independently from instruction to completion
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of profitability and file management
• Experience building or planning to build referrer/introducer relationships
• Ability to balance workload while maintaining high service standards
• Motivated and ambitious with a drive to support team growth
