Overview

In this role you support the full member journey within the Memberships team, driving onboarding, engagement and retention while contributing to occupancy and revenue targets. You will be the main contact for members, handle administration, and spot opportunities to improve experience and commercial performance. You collaborate across WF_ locations to ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience and lead proactive engagement initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding/offboarding/renewals and profile maintenance; keep records accurate and up to date; coordinate communications
  • Deliver a high-quality member experience across the journey; develop engagement initiatives; gather feedback; support events and communications
  • Support Head of Memberships with enquiries, tours and conversions; follow-ups; understand products, pricing and benefits; identify opportunities to boost value, retention and revenue; improve occupancy
  • Build relationships with members and stakeholders; advocate for member needs; support community initiatives; align with other WF_ locations for consistency
  • Maintain understanding of membership, finance, reporting and systems; support reporting and processes; provide operational cover; assist with testing and improvements; collaborate with Membership Systems Coordinator
  • Lead member experience and engagement projects; help develop engagement strategies; train colleagues on processes and standards; take increasing ownership as the role evolves

Key requirements

  • Experience in sales, hospitality, coworking, membership, customer experience or account management
  • Commercially aware with understanding of sales, retention, occupancy and member value
  • Confident handling enquiries, tours, follow-ups and conversions
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills; passion for hospitality and community
  • Highly organized, proactive and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable using CRM, membership and reporting systems
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to support across sales, engagement and operations
  • Ambitious with a desire to develop commercial and leadership skills within the Memberships team
