Job Description:
3M is seeking an HVAC Craftsperson to troubleshoot and maintain plant utilities equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration and fire protection systems, at our Hutchinson site. The role collaborates with Plant Support and Engineering to implement improvements and support energy reduction goals.
The position requires a two-year HVAC degree, a universal refrigerant handling certification, and flexibility to work overtime or call-ins as needed. Travel is minimal and relocation is not authorized.
