Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences
- Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost progress and engagement
- Lead small group interventions for phonics, reading and early maths
- Support children to have a positive, active playtime/dinnertime
- Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and pastoral care
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
- Relevant experience and qualification for working with children in the Early Years Foundation Stage
