Jollyes are seeking a Store Manager in Dover to lead a busy pet retailer. The role is hands-on on the shop floor, with responsibility for delivering strong customer service, achieving store KPIs, and driving sales while managing costs.

You’ll coach your team, recruit and develop staff, and ensure best-in-class pet care and store presentation. This full-time role requires a proactive leader ready to work evenings and weekends as needed.
