Job Description:
Waterloo Lodge School is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to work with boys and girls aged 11 to 17, including pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will provide individual, small group and classroom support, helping pupils access learning and work towards their goals alongside experienced teachers.
You will build positive relationships, support emotional wellbeing, monitor progress, prepare engaging resources and participate in educational visits and enrichment activities.
