Rehoming Center Manager — Lead Adoptions & Team

Dogs Trust in Newbury is seeking a Rehoming Manager to lead the rehoming centre team and drive a culture of high performance, creativity and outstanding customer service. You will manage and develop the rehoming team to consistently find forever homes for dogs in our care.

Interviews are scheduled in the near term, with a focus on leadership, operational management and compassionate stakeholder conversations. This role offers permanent, full-time employment at our Newbury centre.
