Lead Children’s Homes Manager — Dual Location

BudWood Ltd seeks a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two solo-placement complex needs homes in Poole. You will lead at a senior level across both registrations, ensuring high-quality care for young people with complex needs in each setting.

The role requires a track record of Good or Outstanding Ofsted reports, Level 3 in Childcare, and progression towards Level 5 Leadership and Management. Strong safeguarding, communication, and reliable commuting to the homes are essential.
