Commercial Quantity Surveyor – Civil Projects

M O’Brien Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management across multiple projects nationally. You will work closely with customers, project teams and key stakeholders to support delivery, ensure contractual compliance, and achieve business objectives.

The role requires managing project costs, coordinating with supply chain partners, and delivering accurate commercial information to support informed decisions. Civil/construction experience is essential.
