Residential Support Worker – Days & Nights (Youth Care)

Blackburn with Darwen Council is recruiting Residential Support Workers for Days and Nights to support children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in a short break service. Roles include personal care, medication administration, and record-keeping, with a focus on safety and responsive care.

We are seeking committed individuals for part-time contracts (two 25-hour weeks days and two 20-hour weeks nights). Shortlisting and interviews are scheduled in October.
