Career-Graded ICT Project Lead

Shetland Islands Council is seeking an ICT Analyst (career graded) to join the Projects & Analysis team in Lerwick. The role will lead project management for delivering new ICT systems, including process mapping, requirements gathering, procurement, testing and implementation.
