Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer – 4-on 4-off Shift

Elis is seeking a practical Engineer to join our Inchinnan site, supporting maintenance across site machinery and infrastructure to keep operations running smoothly. You will perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, fault‐finding and improvements, working with Operations to minimise downtime and maximise performance.

A shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off supports continuous operation and hands‑on problem solving.
