KeyResponsibilities

• Value-DrivenPrioritization:Triage,refine,andstructureamassivebacklog,mappingeveryfeaturedirectlytomeasurablebusinessandclientvalue.
• RoadmapOwnership:CollaboratedirectlywiththeHeadofDataandexecutivestakeholderstodefine,adapt,andexecuteatransparentproductroadmap.
• Client&StakeholderEngagement:Actastheprimarytechnicalvoiceforexternalenterpriseclients,translatingcomplexrequirementsintoactionableuserstoriesandclearreleaseplans.
• AgileExecution:Leadsprintplanning,grooming,stand-ups,andretrospectiveswithinadynamic,fast-paceddataandsoftwareengineeringenvironment.
• MetricDefinition:Defineandtrackproductsuccessmetrics(KPIs/OKRs)tovalidatefeatureadoptionandROIpost-launch.

• Strongclient-facingskillswiththeabilitytoconfidentlypushback,manageexpectations,anddiscovergenuineclientneeds.
• Fluencyacrosstechnicalecosystems(Engineering,Analytics,orAI-drivenplatforms)toconverseeffortlesslywithEngineers.
• Comfortoperatinginanevolving,high-tempoAgileenvironmentwhereprioritiescanshiftquickly.
