Water Science Graduate — Environment (Hybrid)

AECOM is recruiting Water Science Graduates to join our Environment team in Basingstoke, Bristol or Exeter, with a start window from January 2027 through to October 2027. You’ll work on water quality, hydrology and geomorphology projects across public and private sectors.

We offer a two-year ADVANCE development programme, mentorship from senior team members, GIS-enabled analyses and opportunities toward Chartership with CIWEM, plus a flexible hybrid work model and diverse project portfolio.
