Legal Counsel

Overview

In this Legal Counsel role, you support global business expansion and day-to-day legal affairs across EMEA, APAC, and Travel Retail. You provide high-quality legal advice, draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts, and help implement compliant processes with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with the senior legal team to manage risks and enable growth for a fast-paced, globally growing beauty brand. Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement, retail and expansion matters under supervision
• Provide day-to-day legal queries and commercial risk advice
• Develop and implement legal procedures and policies for regulatory compliance
• Draft, negotiate and review contracts and regulatory/contractual documents
• Support legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel as needed
• Prepare and deliver legal training for staff

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor – England and Wales (1-2 PQE)
• Experience advising on multi-jurisdictional issues is desirable
• Experience with global brand environments is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset and ability to draft and negotiate using templates and precedents
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
