Solicitor – Fraud & Motor Claims (Hybrid, Scotland)

DWF LLP is seeking a Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE in Fraud & Motor claims for our Scotland team. This hybrid role can be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, with 2 days in the office each week.

You will manage a varied caseload, perform investigations, draft documents, and advise clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of Fraud and Motor insurance law, civil procedure, and litigation, plus excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
