Senior Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Lead

United Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to act as the commercial lead on our projects, ensuring commercial success while adhering to administration procedures. The role focuses on subcontract and supply chain collaboration.

You will negotiate subcontracts, manage payments, monitor performance, and drive the closeout process in line with NEC 3/4 Option A & C, contributing to project cost control and timely delivery.
