Air Conditioning Supervisor – Lead Commercial Installations

SER Limited in London is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor to oversee commercial AC installations across London and the M25. You will manage site engineers and subcontractors and ensure projects meet safety, cost and quality standards.

The role requires strong technical background in VRV/VRF and multi-split systems, site surveys, quotations, and coordinating labour. Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with long-term opportunities at an established HVAC contractor.
