You will handle rapid on-site repairs, preventative maintenance, and travel logistics while maintaining detailed service records in Salesforce. Based in London/Manchester/Dublin with 80%+ travel, you will be the primary technical contact, capable of explaining complex concepts to customers and ensuring high uptime.
