Pembrook Resourcing LTD in Erdington, Birmingham, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join an established automotive aftersales team. You will manage customer bookings and keep clients informed from booking through to collection.

The role offers a £32,000 basic salary, £38,000 OTE, and the potential to earn up to £45,000 total, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings and weekday hours to be confirmed. You’ll work closely with the workshop to explain costs and service recommendations.
