In this role you will lead a high-profile, revenue-driven operation at a busy London hotel hub. You will drive commercial performance across Rooms, F&B, Meetings & Events, and Shaw Theatre, while building a strong culture and empowering a high-performing team. You will act as a trusted partner to ownership, shaping financial outcomes and asset value, and represent the hotel to key external partners. You join the Accor network to support ambitious growth and exceptional guest experiences in a flagship property.

Key requirements
- Experience leading large premium or upscale hotels in a complex, high-volume environment
