HR Systems Advisor: Recruitment & Analytics

Lancaster University is seeking an enthusiastic HR Systems Advisor to join the PoE team. You will support HR and Payroll systems, notably PeopleXD and Stonefish, and contribute to recruitment system developments.

You will produce Management Information using PeopleXD Insight and Excel, ensure information security compliance, and provide training and support across HR systems to internal staff and external suppliers.
