Microsoft Data & AI Architect

Overview

In this delivery-led leadership role, you will guide enterprise Data & AI initiatives end-to-end, shaping strategy and realizing value for clients. You will bridge C-suite strategy with hands-on architecture governance while helping grow the UK Microsoft practice. Expect to drive presales, design bids, and build reusable assets to scale capabilities. You’ll combine governance, technology leadership, and account growth to deliver impactful data and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership: steer large Data & AI programs from strategy to realization and act as design authority
• Presales & Market Growth: collaborate with account teams to qualify, bid, and co-sell with Microsoft
• Practice Building: define capability roadmaps, mentor teams, and develop reference architectures

Key requirements

• Leadership: proven track record leading enterprise data/AI engagements and delivering commercial outcomes
• Microsoft Expertise: hands-on knowledge of Fabric, Power BI, and Azure ecosystem (Synapse, Databricks, ADF, Purview)
• AI & Strategy: practical experience with AI/GenAI use cases, data readiness, governance, and business adoption
• Presales & Commercial Acumen: experience leading solution design, estimation, and executive client presentations
