Residential Property Portfolio Manager – Scotland

Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a leading property management organisation in Glasgow for a Property Manager. The role focuses on managing a residential property portfolio, maintaining client relationships, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with Scottish regulations.

The candidate will work office-based with site visits, handle budgets, service charges, and year-end accounts, and provide high-level service to clients and residents. Training is provided where required.
