Overview
In this Cost Manager role, you will support major energy projects by administering contracts, monitoring costs, and forecasting budgets. You’ll work with client and contractor teams to keep project delivery on track, while applying best-practice governance and value engineering. The position offers hybrid and flexible arrangements, with on-site presence 2–3 days weekly at Ipswich or Sizewell. This is an opportunity to grow your consultancy skills across the power sector within a global practice.

Responsibilities
- Administering contracts in line with project objectives
- Providing accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion
- Proactively managing cost variance and contract cash flow
- Collaborating with client and contractor teams on KPIs, programme and value engineering
- Managing contract change to ensure governance and best practice
- Driving forecast and budget accuracy improvements
Key requirements
- Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
- Ideally hold or be working towards a professional body membership or equivalent
- Contract Management (NEC3, Option C or NEC 4 preferred)
