Independent Living Officer: Build Safe Communities

Regenda Homes is seeking an Independent Living Officer to deliver a high-quality housing management service, helping residents live safely, independently, and confidently within our Independent Living schemes in Merseyside.

You’ll build positive relationships with residents, ensure excellent customer service, manage tenancy matters, respond to enquiries and complaints, and support safeguarding and regulatory compliance while placing the customer voice at the heart of service delivery.
