Digital Payments Change Lead – Hybrid Transformation

Barclays is seeking a Change Lead to drive a greenfield digital transformation in its Payments business (EMI license initiative). The role is hybrid, based in Northampton or Glasgow, with two office days (Mondays and Wednesdays) and the rest remote.

You will translate customer needs into optimized processes, lead complex operational migrations, and provide measurable proof that changes are embedded and sustained. Strong governance and domain knowledge in payments are essential.
