You will advise on acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work, while building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters (acquisitions/disposals)
- Handle leasehold and landlord–tenant work
- Oversee development projects and related documentation
- Provide clear, pragmatic transactional advice
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Develop own client base through networking and business development
- Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
- Experience in agricultural property (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- High attention to detail and proactive, organized approach
- Confidence in developing client relationships and supporting team growth
