Senior Commercial Property Solicitor sought to join a growing South West firm in Bridgwater. You will manage a broad commercial property caseload, advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects, while building lasting client relationships. The role combines autonomous work with contribution to a collaborative team and active business development to grow the client base. Responsibilities

• Manage a broad commercial property caseload (acquisitions/disposals, leasehold, landlord & tenant)
• Oversee development projects and related documentation
• Provide clear, pragmatic transactional advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Develop own client base through networking and business development
• Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Experience or interest in agricultural property (advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
• High attention to detail and proactive, organised approach
• Confidence in developing client relationships and supporting team growth
