Overview
In this role you will lead a busy commercial property practice within a supportive South West firm, handling acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work for a diverse client base including agricultural businesses, landlords, and developers. You will work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team and actively develop your own client base. Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals
- Handle leasehold matters and landlord-tenant work
- Oversee development projects and related documentation
- Provide clear, pragmatic transactional advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop your own client base through networking and business development
- Work autonomously while contributing to the wider team
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
- Experience or interest in agricultural property (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- High attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach
- Confidence in developing client relationships and supporting team growth
