Dynamic Credit Controller & Collections Specialist

Lyreco is seeking a credit controller to manage an assigned customer account base, proactively collecting overdue balances and resolving queries in a busy team.

You will build relationships with customers, work with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintain accurate records while targeting KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the role you will collaborate with Sales, analyse accounts, minimise bad debt and contribute to improving cash flow.
