Inclusion & Attendance Leader (Education Equity)

Enfield Council in London is seeking an Attendance and Wellbeing Coordinator to provide operational and strategic leadership for the borough’s Inclusion Panel, ensuring decisions are legally robust and focused on outcomes for children and young people.

You will coordinate multi-agency responses, broker alternative provision, champion early intervention, and drive inclusive practice, with a chance to shape system-wide improvements and reduce exclusions.
