Job Description:
Lenovo is recruiting experienced Field Service Engineers to provide hands-on hardware support across customer sites in the London region. This mobile, customer-facing role involves travelling between sites, repairing Lenovo laptops and desktops, testing repairs and closing jobs.
You will be responsible for visiting customer locations, following repair action plans, collecting parts, updating the ticketing system and ensuring a professional customer experience.
