Hospital Helpdesk & Facilities Support Specialist

Sodexo is seeking a Customer Services Representative for Colchester Hospital to be the first point of contact for service users. In a busy Helpdesk environment, you will log, prioritise, and dispatch requests, maintain records, and support transport and portering services while delivering excellent customer service.

This role offers full training, a uniform, and a supportive team in a healthcare setting. Flexibility to work shifts is required and prior NHS experience is desirable.
