Resolution Field Agent — Flexible, Field‑Based Roles

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent on a self-employed basis. The role covers field visits to residential and commercial properties to resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and assist those experiencing financial difficulty.

Flexibility is key with 2 weekdays per week minimum, 8 hours per day, and a guaranteed daily rate of £130-£150. Full training, UK-wide opportunities, and progression options are provided.
