Senior Support Worker – Reablement Lead, Norwich

Jobtrain in Norwich is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead our reablement service. The role involves supporting people to gain independence and backing the Manager with day-to-day supervision.

Typical shifts rotate 7am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10pm, 10pm-7am; sleep-ins may be required. Applicants should have Level 3 in Health & Social Care and prior Senior Care experience. DBS checks and references will be required. We offer training and development opportunities.
