AMXL Delivery Operations Lead

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an Operations Lead/Supervisor for AMXL delivery stations to supervise Delivery Associates and ensure safe, high-quality deliveries. You will monitor performance, train staff, and support the Shift/Area Manager with process improvements.

Based at one of our operational sites, you’ll help plan shifts, communicate priorities, and escalate issues to leadership while fostering a safe and efficient work environment.
