Lead Revit MEP Coordinator

Overview

As Lead MEP Coordinator, you will oversee coordinated MEP designs with engineers to ensure high-quality delivery across residential, leisure, and retail projects. You will proactively suggest workflow improvements and help raise internal standards. You will participate in coordination meetings and supervise juniors and outsourced work to support project completion. This role offers impact on project delivery within a rapidly growing practice that values quality and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP designs with engineers to meet project standards and timelines
• Proactively propose workflow improvements and contribute to internal standards
• Attend coordination meetings and facilitate issue resolution
• Lead junior staff and manage outsourced elements of projects
• Ensure projects progress through to completion with quality outcomes

Key requirements

• 5 years of REVIT experience
• Knowledge of Fabrication & ISO 19650
• Confident in attending coordination meetings
• Experience leading juniors and outsourcing elements of projects
• 2 years of Navisworks clash detection
