National Care Group is seeking passionate Support Workers to join Steps Newfield View in Selby, North Yorkshire. You’ll provide personal care, assist with eating, medication and daily routines, and support individuals to live more independent lives.
You’ll help plan activities, accompany trips, and encourage independence while building trust through listening and open communication. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
