Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a committed District Nurse Team Leader to join the Community Division, leading the District Nursing Team within the Community Neighbourhood Nursing Service. The role focuses on performance, quality and clinical effectiveness, with hands‑on patient care as required and acting as an expert practitioner to inspire and develop the team.
The District Nursing Service operates 8am–8pm with shifts across seven days to support service needs.
