Yard Maintenance Operative C+E Driver

Permanent Yard Maintenance Operative with C+E Driver required for Lisburn.

Duties will include:

• Shunting and transporting trailers around the yard and to external locations for maintenance and MOT testing.
• Moving fleet vehicles as required.
• Carrying out generalyard cleaning and maintenance.
• Groundskeeping duties, including keeping external areas tidy and well maintained.
• Operating apower washer to clean vehicles, trailers and yard areas.
• Supporting the wider transport and maintenance team with general duties as required.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV Licence.
• ValidDriver CPC.
• ValidDigital Tachograph Card.
• Previous experience in a transport, yard or fleet environment is advantageous.
• Good awareness of health and safety requirements.
• Reliable, practical and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out outdoor and manual duties.
• Valid Forklift Licence would be desirable

Salary: £17.00 per hour

Hours of Work: MondayFriday, 8:00am5:00pm

Overtime: Optional weekend overtime available
