Job Description:

  • Job Title: IT Systems Analyst
  • Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 – open to discussions based on experience
  • Location: Belfast
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time
  • Work Pattern: 08:30-5:00, on-site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for business-critical systems and users.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through to completion.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems and applications.
  • Assist with testing and implementing system changes and enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and carry out routine maintenance activities.
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve issues and improve services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an IT, systems support or technical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues effectively.
  • Good understanding of testing, troubleshooting and supporting business systems.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Relevant third-level qualification in IT or a related discipline.
