About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Executive to support the delivery, and continuous improvement of our people initiatives. This role is central to creating a positive employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through to engagement, development, and offboarding while ensuring compliance with employment policies and best practice.
The ideal candidate is passionate about people, organised, empathetic, and comfortable balancing operational HR tasks with culture-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming induction experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the HRIS.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries relating to policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, surveys, and initiatives.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues under guidance from the Group People & Culture Business Partner, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with data protection requirements.
- Support payroll input, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Assist in ensuring company policies align with current employment law and best practice.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Track training completion and gather feedback to improve future sessions.
Performance Management
- Support the coordination of performance review cycles, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Help track goals and development plans across teams.
Culture & Employer Branding
- Contribute ideas and support execution of initiatives that strengthen company culture and the Calusade values. values.
- Assist with internal communications related to people programs and events.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 23 years of experience in an HR, People, or People & Culture role.
- Recognised qualification in Human resources / CIPD qualified
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office
- Strong Administration and EA skills
