HOURS OF WORK:

Monday – Friday 09.30am – 14.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Safely perform assembly and production tasks in line with daily targets and quality standards
• Operate production machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Conduct quality checks and report defects or non-conformances to supervisors
• Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation and production area
• Work collaboratively as part of a production team to meet deadlines
• Complete relevant documentation and production records accurately
• Assist with stock and materials handling as required

Criteria

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential as training and ongoing development will be provided.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a busy, hands-on environment
