Family Engagement & Resolution Officer (EHCP)

Stockport Council is seeking a dedicated Family Engagement Officer to join the EHCP Service. You will help resolve concerns and disputes early, working with families, schools and partners to understand issues and agree practical solutions.

The role emphasises collaborative working, sensitive communication and the use of learning from casework to improve services for children and young people with SEND. Hybrid working supports flexible arrangements.
